I am writing to provide a professional reference for Dorathy Ubiam. I had the pleasure of working with Dorathy in 2024 at a nursing home in Akola Silver Spring, where I was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and she served as the facility's sole Human Resources Officer (HRO)
During our time working together, Dorathy expertly managed the human resources operations for a very large facility consisting of over 200 staff members
The nursing home was a complex, 24/7 operation running three daily shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Dorathy oversaw the HR needs for the entire facility, which included diverse departments such as the dementia unit, the skilled nursing floor, and specific wings like Chesapeake and Poto
She effectively coordinated with multiple unit managers and supervisors across these different floors who reported directly to her
